Margarita Hut is a premium margarita grab-n-go business in Little Elm, Texas. It’s the creation of Roger Konieczny, a product of many years of research, experimentation, and financial preparation. What began as a margarita machine rental business in 2011 quickly grew into a full-fledged bar by 2015. Margarita Hut has been a Summer Beach hit ever since its opening, establishing an enthusiastic customer base. This success was elevated to a whole other level with the addition of new management and marketing in 2017 by Roger’s wife, America Konieczny. Now they’re ready to share their success with passionate investors who want to own a booming bar business of their very own!
This phase pertains to administrative, operational, sales and marketing matters. On-site phase two training happens after operations commence for a period of one to two weeks to help franchisees feel comfortable with running the business.

Yes! We offer exclusive territories to all of our franchisees based in specific socio-economic markets and in a defined documented area with a 50,000-100,000 population base.
